I guess SOME people haven't been paying attention on how easily the activist judges pervert well meaning legistlation. Roe VS Wade: Intent; to make it "LEGAL" for a woman to get an abortion during the "FIRST" Trimester. Activist Judges have: 1) turned a "LAW" into a "RIGHT" illegaly w/o an Amendment 2) extended that "Illegal Right" to minors w/o parental consent 3) now fighting for "partial birth" abortions 4) forced TAXPAYERS to bare the financial burden for approx 1.5 MILLION Abortions each year
