That is not that many requests. Everything that you mentioned are considered disposable items that wear out. Motors that sit for a while may have flat spots, but you should have the chair checked out certified dealers. Have them list each problem, determine the exact cause of each problem and what was done to resolve that problem. Best Wishes W
