You are right Aaron, we're not professionals but we do all have one thing, and that's been paralyzed.  Also, I do not believe any of us are professional writers that are able to get their point across in a professional way to where people will understand what they mean without getting upset.  When I read a e-mail or a post I read the words and not between the lines.  If I do not understand something I ask before I make a judgment.  It is so hard to get your point across in writing that it should be kept simple and pretty much to the point in a friendly manner.  You wanting to piss somebody off to try to help them is a ridiculous way to go about it especially with people in our condition.  It's one thing to be on a football team in trying to piss off your teammates to play harder than it is to deal with such a devastating, like changing ordeal that all of us has gone through.  It's like your doctor told you as every doctor told everybody on this list, "everybody is different."  You can have the exact same injury as me and we are going to be able to do different things from each other.  It's a same with the mind.  I have been very strong and diligent about not letting myself fall into depression since the day I was lying on the floor injured but there are people that have struggled tremendously with being a quadriplegic...everybody is different.  Just remember that.
