i had the baclofen pump for a year and 1/2 and had nothing but trouble w/ it.  first it perturbed out of my stomach really far which made it painful to lay on my side,  it also dug into my ribs.  i was told i would be able to do everything i could do before i had the pump put in, but  that was a miscalculation.  i had trouble doing just about everything without having some pain.  after 4 or 5 surgeries to find out the problem i had it removed.  for a week, after i had the pump remove, i was going back and forth to the hospital with spinal fluid leaking from my back.   my doc suggested i try the pump again recently because they are smaller now, but i'm gonna wait until i have no other choice.
i take actonel for osteoporosis  i think maybe i got osteoporosis from laying in bed recovering from all my surgeries.

So sorry Luke.  What is your level.  Did I talk to you one-time, after a quiet chat and you sent me a picture.  I don't have because that computer crashed on my deck.  I may have been mixed up with somebody else, I remember only talking to you one-time after quad chat .
Have you thought about getting that baclofen pump that I have heard about.  I know nothing about it but I saw on a spinal cord newsletter.  Probably somebody on the list has this, or somebody on can care.  You can post your problem and see who responds.  Just a suggestion.  I used to have a lot of spasms but they seem to disappear as I got older, one of my legs does jump a little because it was broken and not fit.  I have very severe osteoporosis and I take an injection called forteo once every day.  It has helped my score.  I have been on since last September.  I broke my arm and leg.

I hope to hear from you.
Always,
