You have to program the contacts into your voice phone book manually and you can add voice mail as a contact.
You need some one to help program your contacts if you can't push buttons but after that you're set.

No Dana no buttons involved.
The voice software is in the phone not the service provider so it doesn't matter who you use.
This phone came out last year and I had to order it because they didn't have it in stock.
I didn't even know it had voice software until I started messing around with all the programs.
This is how it works.
- Say call or what ever word you programmed to start.
- You get a beep and say it again.
- Then it ask for a name.
- Say a name in your phone book.
- Then it calls the number.
It's pretty simple.
No buttons.

Hi Mark, You don't have to push Star and a number to voice dial. What service do you use? I did not see that phone when I went to look at phones at the different places. Dana
