I can tell you how I cough when sick, but other than TheraFlu and maybe Anti-Histamines I don't know how to reduce the time of coughing/congestion.
If you have that annoying tickle that would typically be taken care of with a good cough, then prepare yourself for more sleepless / out of breath nights and days. The only thing I do is always keep a losenge in my mouth. If you have congestion, then I typically do a series of falling forward coughs to get the phlegm out. While leaning forward on my knees I can use the weight of my body to get a better cough going. (Patting on the back while leaning fwd helps too) Good luck with this. -----Original Message----- From: Theo Kyparissis [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, November 07, 2005 8:31 AM To: Scipin-list; Quad-list Subject: [QUAD-L] Coughing I was wondering what you guys do to help you cough, I have a cold which has turned into a nasty cough and as I am unable to cough on my own (I am a C4-5 Quad) I have had 2 sleepless nights so far, with many more to come I am sure. Is there any machine available that can help a quad cough or does anyone have any magic solution to get rid of the cough as quick as possible?
