[QUAD-L] Need Answers

Hey Everyone,   As you all may or may not know I've been living in a nursing home for 4 years and when I first got on this list many here encouraged me to think about getting out of it. But, at the time, I wasn't ready. Well, call it an itch, call it craziness but I'm longing to be out in the world again but need advice - is it worth attempting? Where should I begin my journey?    I live in rural North Florida near Jacksonville and know that Sec 8 housing there is backlogged, but maybe I can try? I'm not a SCI and don't qualify for the BSCIP programs. Give me pointers, ladies and gentlemen, please? :o)   Steph
