I too am excited at the thought that thru the combine efforts of many people on the Quad-List, justice will prevail.  I'm actually surprised that Jim Lubin's name wasn't included in the celebrities who use the services of that company, lol.

Sometimes in marketing and advertising the term negative permission is justed to justify a company's actions.  That is, if you don't give them permission "Not To" use your likeness or quotes, then it is automatic that they can.  Kinda weird, eh?

Still, it would be kewl to contact a few of the notable references listed at the website to determine if they actually gave their knowing permission to endorse the product.

I know that most government agencies will not let their employees endorse products or companies for profit using their government positions.  In some cases, it can be used as
grounds for dismissal.  Unauthorized people, speaking on behalf of a government agency, for a For Profit company is frown upon.

Most States and local law programs have a "lawyer referral."  You can speak with a local attorney for a period that varies from 30 minutes to an hours and its free.  Check it out in your area.  Make sure that you present and have "All The Facts" before making contact with the lawyer.  Then.... best wishes!
