I never realized you were such a Fascist! My Country - right or wrong eh. And
if we're wrong, all the better - bring em on! Fascism is what put the likes of
Hitler and Mussolini in power and kept them there. The people of these
countries never questioned their Governments. Kill Six million Jews? No problem
my leaders are ALWAYS right.
And NO country wants to be occupied. Look what happened to the British
'Liberation' i.e. Occupation/Empire. And did you know that only 1 percent
(that's one percent) of ALL Iraqis want us in their country! We rank far lower
than the insurgents!
How would you react if Russia decided that Bushy posed a threat to the world so
they instigated a preemptive strike (Shock and Awe) killing hundreds if not
thousands of innocent civilians and destroying our infrastructure while doing
so? Then they invaded our Country and occupied all of our best and fanciest
buildings, so they could 'fix up OUR country'? What do you think we would do?
Um, maybe become insurgents? And perhaps the Canadians and Mexicans would join
us in becoming resistant fighters as they most likely would be next in the
eradication of Axis of Evils.
And you can't compare how one country fights another. If you remember our war
with England, the British marched into battle in compact formations while the
American liberators hid behind trees and rock walls and picked off the British
at will. All the while the British were saying - what the Hell is wrong with
these Americans? Don't they know how to fight a proper war? My God, they are
nothing but heathens.
And what did we do in Vietnam? We couldn't beat them with gun fire on the
ground so we tried saturation high altitude bombing, That didn't work since the
people we were fighting were living underground which we knew! Then we tried
defoliating their forest that didn't work again because they were hiding
underground. 'What the Hell is wrong with these Americans? Don't they know how
to fight a proper war? My God, they are nothing but heathens.' So then we
started dropping Napalm - White Phosphorous - Whisky Pete. How many innocent
men, women, and children were killed by Napalm? This stuff sticks to your skin
and burns till it's spent. There is no way to put it out. It's a horrible way
to die. And in the end, we got our ass kicked. Today a unified Vietnam is one
of our best trading partners. 50 thousand plus dead GIs and millions of dead
Vietnamese. Was all that inhumanity worth it? Oh, I forgot. It was Jane Fonda
and John Kerrys' fault.
Well, I could go on forever but I am proud to say I'm one of the 70 percent who
believe this preemptive and baseless war was a grave mistake that has turned
the world against us and I'm afraid we will pay dearly for it in the years to
come.
I will not post again on this topic. Good night my Fascist friend. Oh, by the
way, I've met several quads and amps that were injured in Iraq and they hate
the war and everything about it.
They don't sound like bad guys to me. But it does make this an SCI topic.
