First go to the doctor or wound clinic and don't want it to good bad. I have
a sore on my heel and since I have been going to the wonder clinic it has
finally got better.

So this is the few things I can tell you, get all pressure off the heel,
don't let anything push against your heel, because that will make it worse.
Each sore has its own life force so chat with a doctor for the next step.
