I was lucky,
The VA let me keep my 8 yr old chair when I got a new one 3 yrs ago.
I've had good luck with Quikee chairs.
Although I had bad luck with quikies before getting injured ;^P

My wheelchair person told me that the repairs would have to cost as much as
a new chair, because that is the new rule.

What have others been told about this? And it all has to happen at once.
That could make you use a chair for many many years.

I hate to think of having my chair another 20 years. It is three years old
right now, , Permobile chairman 2K. I think that is the right name.
