I have thought about the pump , but I always thought I wanted more control
over dosage day to day. Maybe I'm wrong about this.

  Cullen,

I went through that whole 9 yards with the baclofen. I was taking more than
the FDA recommends, and I still wasn't getting the relief I need. My spasms
were given in the way of my therapy. I ended up putting the Baclofen pump in
last July. As a matter of fact, I just went to my doctor this morning that my
pump refilled and dose changed. I have not had any problems at all, my pump.
I only have spasms, when I get a UTI.

You may want to thinks of the pump as another option.
