I 'm sure that you will enjoy your new chair once you receive it. This
industry as a whole is downsizing because the Gov Paid Equpment, is a fraction
of
what it was in previous years. Some employees have moved on to other jobs
and those who remained are often working for two, to keep the industry moving.
Granted, CMS is saving lots of money, but the true disabled population is
not getting what they once did.

Best Wishes

I’m expecting a new TDX3 any day now, I swear medicade approved the chair
the first time. I started the process in July so its took about 4 months, it
would have been sooner but my Drs. Secretary didn’t fax the paper work. We
just so happened to call and check on the progress and Holland medical hadn’t
received the needed paper work, so that slowed the order about 4 weeks. What
’s wrong with these medical equipment companies, you would think they would
have called to see what was going on. Hell they don’t give a flip about you,
my old Invacare was down so if I hadn’t had my extreme I would be stuck in
bed. I hope I like the TDX anybody have any complaints with theirs? Silas
