I don't think he had any broken ribs. He just thought he did. The main thing is wrong was done and he did not deserve the justice that was given by a sheriff deputy, acting like a judge. The American justice doesn't work that way and I'm sure that before this is over, you will hear a lot more noise and action from the disAbled Community and the Legal System.
