Has anyone else noticed that Brian was in an old fashioned wheelchair? It
looks like there was no cushion either. In the interview he was in a Quickie
or TiLite. Was he trying for a more disabled look in the courtroom? Has
anyone personally talked him? If you do, ask about the chair.

Subject: Re: [QUAD-L] Man pushed from chair by deputy

Well, I'm sure I'll be able to report back to you more about this as I live
in the area where it happened. In fact, I was just watching some coverage
which was basically doing nothing more than regurgitating the facts in the
last link I provided.

The one thing I have noticed after watching this video on a large screen
television which troubles me the most is that when the Deputy went to dump
the man from the chair there was another Deputy just behind her on her left
side who was gloving up in anticipation of risking the detainee while he was
on the ground. Of course there is also the fact that the detention Deputy
continued to shake the chair in an effort to make sure he was completely
extricated before she went around to frisk the individual. The nonchalant
manner in which they did this indicates to me that this is more systemic
than the Hillsborough County Sheriff Department is revealing presently.
Perhaps this is what the Deputy means when she stated in words to the effect
that she will be exonerated when the truth comes out.

I am more than curious to find out all of the facts behind this. If it's
possible.
