It takes forever for someone to come fix my chair as well. I have a manual
chair and if something goes wrong, I usually end up going to the shop to get
someone there to fix it. I've had the armrest break which is a terrible thing
for me to help with my transfers and I have no balance so a risk of falling and
I've also had one of my casters break on the weekend. That however, I was able
to get someone down here to fix it and Medicare paid for it. I think a lot has
to do with the companies you deal with. I've called Medicare about a couple of
things. Have you tried calling them directly to see whats up? The company
could use things as an excuse so they take time getting there. Just a thought.
