well certainly DON'T strangle mr. happy, you need it just snug enough to prevent his escape. i never really had any problems with this method, except of course that my bladder never really emptied and i was getting lots of UTIs. my foley now has eliminated most of those UTIs and i get a pretty nurse nearly 1/2 my age to come to my house every month to pull my pants down and fiddle with m.h. all this for 22$ per visit - that's a better deal than you get at the strip clubs.
