I do have control of my TV, with music stations. Sometimes I just use it as low light with the volume off.
If I didn't have control of my TV, I'd go crazy. I usually keep it very low, so I can only hear it if I'm concentrating. Usually old movies or old sitcoms. If not that, then news. I use a SiCare ICU. Thanks, Greg _____ it does seem that night can go on forever , and I always feel that I am not as in control of my situation as I might be during the day.
