If you have tilt and recline on your chair, try moving the seat full up and see if it moves. If it does you need your safeties reset. If not, then your main control box may be toast. Either way call the DME that sold it to you. I'm hoping you keep a backup chair. Put your good batteries in it and start remembering how it drove. Best Wishes, john
