I sorry to read that reaction from your local dealers. I can see their point. Did you mention that you would be willing to pay for their services? Did you offer to take it to them for evaluation? If you are covered by Medicare or Medicaid, you can try a company called: _www.roadrunnermobility.com_ (http://www.roadrunnermobility.com) out of Richardson, Tx. They offer in the house repair services and loaners. They are the field service end of Invacare 5 Star Service Program. I just learn recently that Invacare purchased RoadRunner Mobility in January. First thing I checked. I'm feeling very urinated on and frustrated right now. There are 3 Invacare dealers within 20 miles of me. None of them will even look at the chair. Why?
