I went 10 days once after surgery. That Enema machine that one dude was pushing would be nice. First thing you do is relax. Do not get upset, you aren't a clock. If you have Mirilax,(Glyco-lax) double your dose. If you haven't got it, get it and use it. Your bowels will misfire even if your not a quad.
