Oatmeal has definitely worked for me.  I am still having problems of a
different type, but it may have finally nailed down the cause.  I'll let you
know when I'm positive.

The main reason I wrote is to let you know that mineral oil is always a good
solution.  I have found it to be pretty effective for me.  I was recently in
the hospital for caregiver respite and ended up getting a little
constipated, which is the exact opposite of the problem I normally have.
When I explained to the doctor that I use mineral oil, he was shocked that I
use such an old remedy, but quickly prescribed it for me.  I was going the
next day.
