You make me feel guilty Joan. I also can do nothing but shoulder shrugs,
however, I do try to get out every day that I can and ride around the half
mile loop I have in my neighborhood. Just doing that and moving my neck
back and forth gives me some exercise. Not nearly as much as I need and my
belly has sure grown over the last few years.

The worst part is I lost weight, but it seems to all be coming off my arms
and legs. I need to go on a small diet because I gained 5 pounds from July
through December. I'm just apprehensive that I'll lose more weight from my
legs.

Go for what you can Joan. I've been feeling down lately and just reading
about your stuff maybe a little bit more excited.
