Hey all, Im 11 yrs post , c7 quad. Ive been doing my routines every other day for the eleven years. The night b4 a routine a take a ducolax pill and a couple majic cleanse. When I go I use the majic bullet suppository. The problem ive been having for a week is there is rock hard stool just a bit up...once you dig that out then things go ok. This is hard on me because the digging causes minor bleeding and such. Im wondering if I drink more water or more bran.....hmmmmmm even thought to try that miralax stuff.
