mine has only clogged about 3 times in 9 years with a supra-pubic, i use a size 24 french, we flush with sterile water usually when we flush, others may have more idea's , i get a lot of sediment but rately clog up... may be the size i use--- another thing you can try is gently move the catheter in or out a bit, that helps at times.
