Whether its a supra pubic or not sounds like you might need to irrigate and flush out the sediment and mucus, but also might want to get some antibiotics. You can flush with water and vinegar and do it till it comes clean You should be irrigating whenever you start getting to much junk in the tube, but at least couple times a week.. Or you might have some infection thats why the stediment and mucus is clogging it. Regina
