Barb
I do my BC every two days in the morning. I take a half does of miralax the
evening of my morning BC then a full dose the night before my BCthen I i use
enemeez for my bowel program. I don't nave accidents during the day. Neither of
these products should cause you to have accidents, at least that's my
experience, but everyone is different.

Would someone please still respond to my two specific questions;  1. After
using the products how to ensure the prevention of accidents later in the day
while sitting in my wheelchair and 2. When do you take the product before doing
the BM; also if there’s something that would either work by taking it the night
before or work within minutes after taking it.

Thanks,

Barbara

Another edge I useto turn a two hour BC down to 30 minutes is by drinking a

Opposed to its name it is not an enema but rather a liquid Bisacotal suposatory.

When you use either of these products, how do you make sure that you don’t have
an accident later during the day in your wheelchair?  And do you take it the
morning of, the night before, or what?

I agree. Ask your doc about taking Mirilax. If I haven't gone for a couple of
days, I take one dose and within 12 to 24 hours I have no trouble dropping a
load.

What do you do when it's clear that you have eaten too much fiber and are
having difficulty

going. The only way to go is to (how do I say this and be polite??????)

"dig it out"?

I am starting college full time in a couple of weeks, I can afford to spend 2
hours

on the toilet each night.  Honestly at the point of considering not eating to

eliminate the problem.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
