It's nice to meet you rcq. I don't think I remember your e-mail address.
You're so lucky that you can exercise with a hand cycle. It sounds like
you like to do a lot of things that keep you going. Congratulations that
you are able to enjoy life with no regrets and you can look forward to the
new year with the goal to not put off exercising.
We don't have things we enjoy doing, it's hard to look forward to the new
year.
It's easy to procrastinate. I have to make to do lists.

C5/C6 post injury exactly 8 years today.

I have no regrets, but do try not to be lazy. It is very easy to come up
with reasons not to go out sometimes (to run errands, visit friends, go to
museums, shows, etc...), but I always feel glad i did when i do. Its also
far too easy to put-off exercising (on my stationary hand-cycle) till
tomorrow ...and tomorrow ...and tomorrow, even though I always feel glad i did
when i do.

New Year Cheer to All.

Hi Guys~
This site has helped me in soooo many ways. Your your input is
valued~more than you could ever know.
I am only 3 years post injury and the longer I read the more questions I
have. At this point the following is most important:

For those of you with more living experience as quads, what would be the
one thing you would do different
or maybe wish you would have done/or not done over the years?

Fortunately I quit smoking before my accident and I no longer drink
alcohol~

THANK YOU AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!!
MANY BLESSINGS!
