A friend recommended that I try to extend my fingers on the table, so I
would put my one hand over the table and with the otherone I would
press my hand down so that my fingers would extend and it really worked
but I stopped because I found it to be less functional that way, like
for example I couldn't scratch myself as well because my fingers
weren't firm enough, so now I just do it every once in a while if my fingers
are too curled up.
