C5/C6 post injury exactly 8 years today.

I have no regrets, but do try not to be lazy. It is very easy to
come up with reasons not to go out sometimes (to run errands, visit
friends, go to museums, shows, etc...), but I always feel glad i did when
i do. Its also far too easy to put-off exercising (on my stationary
hand-cycle) till tomorrow ...and tomorrow ...and tomorrow, even though I
always feel glad i did when i do.

New Year Cheer to All.
