I get cold in bed also. I don't get too warm until the morning hours. I  
just chalked it up to my thermostat not working after changing positions from 
up  to down.
I would think everybody's legs would be tight after sitting in a  chair all 
day?
I usually get cold after I get up also for a while and also  sometimes when 
I tilt back if I'm watching TV..

hhmmmm? I  sort of assume AD but thought maybe backpain is the  cause.

It's always AD. Sometimes my shoes leave a  red mark. Just that can turn my 
arms ice cold. Maybe laying flat is causing  a strain somewhere. Are your legs 
getting tight, heal got a  sore?
