Even when I'm over heated, once I lay down I feel cold. Not a normal feeling cold, I can feel the heat coming off my body, but I can't keep from pulling the blanket over my face. I wake up feeling like I'm freezing, even shivering. But lifting the blankets I can feel heat coming out. My room is 80 degrees. I have to force myself to lower the blankets and pull my arms out. After a bit I stop shivering and then I can notice how hot I am, even overheated. Must be some kind of AD. When I feel cold like this, it's not the AD like when I sweat my hands turn ice cold, my body is actually too hot, just feels like I'm freezing.
