These weird things are always hard to explain. Sometimes even to other quads or docs.
Just trying to describe them can be hard.
Like when sweating because a shoe is too tight or any minor AD. I say I'm sweating because something is wrong to try and find the problem. Often my family will say, "Well, are you sure something is wrong? It is kind of hot in here." After 30 years as a quad I still have to say "Not That Kind Of Sweating!"
