I don't txt much at all, but I was playing on my new Droid phone and saw you can txt even by voice, just say "Text to John Smith, hi how are you doing". You can stop and pause, but I think you need to tap the mic icon to start again. It uses Google Voice also.
Setting up an account is pretty cool also. It gives you a number and kind of combines your home, work, phone and messages, even converts voice messages to e-mail/txt, and vice versa I think. Real handy for the quad on the go.
