I don't think this is what you are looking for unless you can push a button.
On the Nuance website they introduce as " press and speak" so it will not

here's an interesting video about controlling your cell phone by voice using
a program called vsuite.  If anybody has used  a cell phone with vsuite  or
VoiceSignal, how do you like it?  I'm looking to purchase a cell phone, just
as soon as I can find a phone that comes with these programs preloaded, and
trying to decide which Bluetooth headset to purchase.  Somebody gave me a
headset that works well when synced with my mother's phone, but it doesn't
have an ear loop and likes to fall out.
