Johnny,

I agree with this reply:  there are simply too many variables specific to your
needs to answer your question.

Is this a minivan?  Will you be driving or the passenger?  Do you need
passenger seating for other family members?  Will you be using it for short
trips or long trips?  Are you tall?  What type of lockdown system will you
use?  All these things, and more, may factor in to your best setup.

If you have a rear entry ramp you will lose the seating [and storage]
availability in back, although it may offer you better parking options in areas
where snow covered sidewalks are not accessible.  A side entry will allow you
to keep the back seat but may require you to maneuver your chair to get into
position.  Many pros and cons on each side.

I've always had side-entry vehicles and have been happy, except when someone
parks too close to me and I can get into my vehicle.

Good luck,
Don.

Johnny, it may not be that easy to advise you because of YOU and all of the
variations.  I ask that you consider visiting a NMEDA Certified Dealer with
the information you provided to us.  They will ask you a lot more questions
and then suggest some options.  You can choose to ignore them or following
their options and proceed from there.  Ultimately, we want you to have a
safe ride and perfect transport.
Best Wishes
