I use a store bought adjustable bed with a firm mattress. 20mg baclofen
4x/day and Neurotin 300mg 4x/day. I have several Dr's in the family and I
have had great success using Neurotin over other drugs for spasms. It has
no upper limit as it is not broken down by the liver entirely. So, for
example, if I'm having a bad spasm day, I can up my dosage to 600 or 900mg
w/o any consequence other than being slightly more tired than usual. I
know baclofen has a cap of 20mg 4x/day. Anyways, food for thought.
