I take 4 - 20mg three times a day = 240mg a day baclofen

a regular bed with queen mattress with memmory foam (no flip, just rotate 
around)

sleep on my back, on a side 1-2 hours before and after wheelchair

          For the past six years I have used a adjustable queen temperpedic. I 
sleep mostly on my stomach or side and this matresss is great for pressure 
relief I mounted a grab bar on the headboard to help turn myself.

            Jim, with this type of bed----do you stay turned with a pillow 
under your bottom area or do you just lay flat on it??  thanks Dan H.

            I take  Baclofen 20 mg – x4 daily &  Dantrium 25 mg - x3 daily

            I use a hospital bed (raise/lower height and head of bed 
raise/lower) with a SILICORE Bed Pad on top of the bed mattress.
