Sorry I haven't gotten back to you guys in a while, but I have been
battling low blood pressure.

Anyway, I went in for an appointment on Monday and the two urologists I
spoke with, one of them being my urologist for the last 10 years, referred
to the procedure as a chimney.

I don't honestly understand what the difference is between some of the
other procedures, but I know I will not have a catheter and according to
the doctors they will leave my bladder in place. They are going to attach
a small portion of my lower intestine to it and run it up to my right lower
abdomen. There they will do something like a colostomy (for lack of a
better word) so that a bag can be affixed to it. From there I will be able
to look up a urine bag.

Thanks for all the feedback. I'll try to answer individual questions in a
little while.
