It may sound simple,    But, I think we are here to learn. There is no downside 
to it and no limit.

Well if it's taken you 39 years to go through all that, your doing good.  
There's quads out there that have gone through more in lots less time.  I'm 
c5/6 incomp. 24 years and had my share but look forward to more.  One day 
you'll find the reason your still here.  My neighbor had the first vocal cord 
transplant here in the U.S. a year and a half ago at u.c. Davis.  before that 
she had been through all kinds of medical issiues, she was on the tv show the 
Dr.s last fall.  Her name is Brenda,  you might want to look it up and read 
about it.  I myself am not giving up till I hear dirt hitting the top of my box.
