If you don't get or keep a caregiver, then you may have to go to a home of some type---I met a quad from Florida once that told me he lived in an independent living facility for a number of years with some other disabled people, he said he really enjoyed his time there, plus they had a nurse or caregiver to help them when needed. I don't know if this option is available anymore or what states have this but it is worth checking into. Dan H.
