Has anyone had to use Meropenem by IV? What side effects did you have and were you admitted into the hospital or did home health do it.
I have 3 different bacteria, I'm not symptomatic other than my leg bag is blue. Last time it was blue I took macrobid, then bactrim, then cipro and macrobid and this was almost a year ago. I DON'T want to do IV antiobiotics because I'm afraid it will give me diarrhea and I don't feel sick (but don't want to feel sick either). And I refuse to go be in the hospital for 5 days where they can't do my care! Suggestions, experiences or opinions please Nicki
