Nicki, I know how to get rid of the ecoli bacteria.....just buy some D-MANNOSE,
it is a type of sugar with no side effects, but about the only main type of
bacteria it takes care of is-ecoli.....this type of bacteria women get more
than men. Dan H*

My docs said I almost always have at least 3 different bacteria's present just
by having a supra-pubic indwelling catheter. They don't treat me unless i'm
really having problems. I have had my line and bag turn blue twice over the
years but they were not sure what caused it. I have had to use iv drugs in the
past but not in a few years now, but Not the drug you mentioned. Hope you get
better or get it figured out. On my last sever infection they used an iv drug
called fortaz......since then I have been ok for years....I change my catheter
and bag about once a month and my wife flushes my bladder out, each time we put
a new one in. good luck ! Dan H.**

Has anyone had to use Meropenem by IV? What side effects did you have and were
you admitted into the hospital or did home health do it.

I have 3 different bacteria, I’m not symptomatic other than my leg bag is blue.
Last time it was blue I took macrobid, then bactrim, then cipro and macrobid
and this was almost a year ago.

I DON’T want to do IV antiobiotics because I’m afraid it will give me diarrhea
and I don’t feel sick (but don’t want to feel sick either). And I refuse to go
be in the hospital for 5 days where they can’t do my care!

Suggestions, experiences or opinions please

Nicki
