I sleep on my stomach with the blanket over my head with just enough room to breath. Head turned to the right or left. Gets my butt off any pressure during the night. sometimes I will lay on my side and cross my leg over, but after an hour my shoulder hurts. I use an adjustable tempurpedic bed......10 yrs old. Im a c7 17 yrs post injury.

Since I sleep on my stomach, it's relatively easy for me. Every night we put a chux under me and one between my legs to catch "the results". Before I put my blankets on, my aide inserts a dulcolax suppository. That means that I have all night to fully empty and 99.9% of the time there is no suppository residue. I started doing this within a few years of my injury. I felt I had better things to do during the day, so why not try it while sleeping.
