I am feeling guilty because our weather has been so nice. The bad side is
that we are entering another drought here which is very hard on our dessert
trees and bushes and for those of on our own Wells. It’s cold enough high of
41°and low of 14°, but sunny so my house is very warm for me 76°during the
day, and when the sun goes down we have a wood stove with glass doors so I
can watch a nice comforting fire. Everyone else’s in shirtsleeves and I
usually wear a long sleeve turtleneck lightweight sweater with a soft vest
to help cushion my neck from the chin controller. My back patio is quite
sheltered and I can sit outside in the sun if there is no wind for 20 or 30
minutes almost every day. It is usually about 72°up against the house. The
Reno area is a desperate need of moisture and even know I do not like a rain
I would be very happy for it to rain at my 5500 feet level and snow in the
mountains. Keep warm everyone

me too. cleveland ohio. coldest feb on record. another no school day. not
because of snow...the temps.

I am here in Kentucky, a good old SOUTHERN state. We have had over 15 inches
of snow on the ground for ten days now with single digit temps almost every
night. Not supposed to get above freezing until next Saturday. I have cabin
fever something fierce!

You do what you have to. I wear a sweater, and a hoody with the hood pulled
up in the house. I have an oil filled heater in my room. At night sometimes
I do little pushups to get blood circulating more. I would like to be in
Arizona , but don't know anybody there.

I see the weather report on the news and think, man all those poor quads in
those cold areas. Like half the states under 32 degrees. We in the Phx area
are about 65 and cloudy this last week. A few days of 70s coming up, then
more clouds. At t least we are above freezing. Even at 67 yesterday, I was
so cold, then that makes me so stiff and sore. I have to go out today and
I'm not looking forward to it. I know this is a common topic, but this is
such a cold winter across the country. You guys below zero, wow.
Stay warm, Greg
