That's the big question. What brings it on. I do the same basic things every day. Yet it comes and goes. May start when up for hours, may start when in bed a time. When cold out, or warm out. May last a hour, may last a month. Was gone for about 2 months once. Its been a couple years now since it started. Sounds like a pinched nerve to me, but the Neurologist said the test they did would detect that, even if not hurting at the time.
