What frosts my ass is that they won't fix something until they receive
payment even though they KNOW Medicare will cover it.  I hit a pothole in
the street a couple years ago with my front castor and it split the rubber
in half.  They knew Medicare would pay for it but they wouldn't even ORDER
the parts until the payment hit their balance sheet
