There were a few slight variations in the 630-series line, but nothing too
vital.  For example, some of the boards didn't have the second SIMM slot
either.  I've seen some 580/630 boards that had the video-in connector,
some that didn't, combinations of both with and without that second SIMM
slot, and then there was the 640 DOS, which had another connector entirely,
IIRC.

The Australian LC630s were apparently sold with a full 040 (or
alternatively, the Quadra 630 was sold with an LC name badge); perhaps
Apple did something similar with the European 630-series Macs.
