If they are both IDE, It *should* be pretty easy. Install the drive in the 631, boot from the OS cd that you intend to install, open the utilities folder open Drive Set Up select the drive, (I do a low level/zero data format) and Initialize the drive. Then install the OS. There are problems that can arise. (Drive not supported, not seeen) that may require a third party utility, but try the easy way first. -- All the best, R.A. Cantrell
