Uhhhh... what about a Disk Tools Floppy? Seems to start my machines when I need it to. Comes with every distribution of 7.5.3 AFAIK.
Also, there's a System Folder on Disk 1 of the install set. P-mail me and I'll send you the images. (It's up to you to get the other 17.)
